Three directors, three parts of the job.
AVRA Mineral Resources Private Limited is a Bilaspur company supplying coal and iron ore to industrial consumers. It is small enough that the people who own it are the people who run it.
Shivam Jajodia
Takes enquiries, books orders and handles the commercial side of every consignment. The accounts and finances of the company sit with him as well, which means pricing, credit terms and settlement all come back to one desk instead of being spread across three people who have not spoken to each other.
Shubham Jajodia
Runs the movement of material end to end — fleet management, loading, routing and the supply chain between mine and plant. If a load is on the road, it is on his board, and the answer to where it has reached does not require a call to somebody outside the company.
Shyam Jajodia
Handles government permissions, clearances and the departmental work that has to be complete before material can legitimately move. Nothing is dispatched until that side is closed — a discipline that is inconvenient once and saves a great deal of trouble afterwards.

Bilaspur puts us in the middle of the SECL coalfields and within working distance of the Odisha ore belt — which is why the company is here rather than at the end of somebody else's supply line.
